Ford Focus: Review

2016 Ford Focus

The Ford Focus in undoubtedly one of the most popular cars on the road, being the world’s best-seller. Within the Focus range, there’s a handful of different models so you’re able to find the best suit to you whether it’s family focused or something a little edgy. Car finance deals are an easy way to be able to drive the Ford Focus for less.
Performance & Drive
Starting off with the only bad point, the Focus isn’t as fun to drive as the Fiesta – but, it’s still good! It’s light steering, this makes it easier to drive and gives you a good sense of direction without putting in too much effort. The Ford Focus offers a very smooth and comfortable ride, but it’s very surface sensitive so the drive can get a little loud, especially when driving on older roads. This isn’t always ideal but the positives definitely outweigh the negatives.

Design
The Ford Focus is designed with the customers in mind. It’s a well-known fact that Ford cater for the families and the regular drivers, so various models are available for you to choose from. Whether it’s the Zetec, Titanium, ST or the RS, you can either drive with a sporty or sophisticated appearance along with choosing whether you prefer Hatchback or Estate. All-in-all, the Focus features lovely bodywork, nothing special but the Aston Martin-style grill at the front of the car does boost its appearance.

Cabin & Style
It’s simple but stylish design gives the Focus it’s more mature and modern look. A great selection of entertainment is featured, including an 8-inch touchscreen with an updated navigation system – which is perfect for the longer journeys. The dashboard aims to keep things simple with its easy layout, which is classier and swankier than the previous models. The seats are made from good quality materials, ensuring the journey is comfortable, along with a huge amount of head and leg room for the driver and passenger. The only downside is the boot size, it’s got nothing on its rivals and for a family car, that’s not too great.

Verdict
Overall, the Focus is one of the best cars on the road for the simple fact that it’s a great all-rounder. It aims to please the driver with its great driving ability along with its indoor entertainment and classic build, it never fails to impress. It’s become a smarter and much nicer car.

Finance cars are available in a range of different models and makes, so whichever car you’re looking for, you can drive it for an affordable price.
